With over 5,283 work-related fatalities and 2.5 million nonfatal injuries reported in the private sector last year (U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics), there’s never been a more important time to take safety seriously.

Each week of National Safety Month spotlights a new theme to drive awareness and proactive behavior:
Week 1 (June 1–7): Continuous Improvement
A strong safety culture isn’t built overnight. It’s shaped by ongoing evaluation and evolution. This week, we encourage teams to:
- Review and update safety procedures
- Conduct safety audits and risk assessments
- Embrace safety technology and data to identify trends
- Offer refreshed safety training with hands-on components
