Dawn Boland Leads at CLM Claims College 2025

By Dawn Boland, CPCU | Claims Manager

From September 3–5, 2025, the Claims and Litigation Management (CLM) Alliance hosted their annual CLM Claims College in Baltimore, MD, bringing together top claims professionals for immersive, applied learning.

We’re proud to spotlight Dawn Boland, CPCU, Seubert Claims Manager in our Commercial Lines Division, who marked her fifth year contributing as a speaker and fellow at this premier industry event. This year, Dawn co-instructed two deep-dive courses on commercial motor vehicle claims:

  • Commercial Vehicle Accident Investigation and Discovery Relative to Liability, alongside Brian Hunt of the Hunt Law Group (Chicago, IL)
  • Evaluating Liability in Commercial Motor Vehicle Claims, with Chris Fusco of Callahan & Fusco (NJ, GA & FL)

Beyond her own sessions, Dawn also attended other courses across the program, reinforcing her commitment to staying at the forefront of claims trends and techniques.

CLM’s Claims College is designed to equip claims professionals with real-world strategies, small-group instruction, and opportunities toward professional designations. The blend of peer learning, expert-led classes, and applied case studies creates a unique environment for skill-building and networking.
