Pittsburgh Business Times Names Seubert one of Pittsburgh’s 2024 Best Places to Work
Seubert is honored to be named one of Pittsburgh’s Best Places to Work again this year! The list, published by the Pittsburgh Business Times in August, was based solely on employee feedback. A survey conducted by a third-party assessed ten distinct cultural influencers, including factors such as alignment with goals, work engagement, and feeling valued. Over 250 Pittsburgh based companies applied to participate in an employee engagement survey and only 73 companies ranked.
At Seubert, our core values— Client-Focused, Resilience, Enthusiasm, Accountability, Teamwork, and Excellence —drive every aspect of our work. We take pride in fostering a fun, motivating environment where our team can grow. This recognition highlights the resilience of our team, and we deeply appreciate every individual who contributes to our success.
“We are incredibly proud to be recognized as one of Pittsburgh’s Best Places to Work. This achievement reflects our ongoing commitment to creating a culture where our employees feel valued, supported, and empowered to thrive both professionally and personally. I could not be more proud to be a member of this team. ” says Kate Cenci, Seubert Director of Human Resources.
