Please join us in welcoming Matt Potosnak to our Benefits Department as a Benefits Consultant in our new Erie office as a part of our northern expansion!
In this new role, Matt will be responsible for the handling of your insurance and risk management needs including program analysis, marketing strategy and negotiation, and coverage placement. Matt resolves escalated issues, oversees financials of the benefits plans, and develops recommendation with regard to overall benefits, wellness and compliance.
