Welcome Spring New Hires

As we transition from Spring to Summer, it has been a busy time of growth at Seubert & Associates, Inc. We are pleased to announce the addition of four new teammates to our Pittsburgh location. Please help us in welcoming Matthew Eperesi, Kimberly Hays, Tyler Lyster, and Thomas Zimmerman.

Matthew Eperesi joins our team as an Account Executive in our Surety Bond Department. With an audit and accounting background, he will assist our surety bond division with financial reporting and strategic analysis. In Matthew’s new role his responsibilities will also include consulting and developing long-term surety strategies to reduce risks and improve profitability for his clients.

Matt is a resident of Pittsburgh’s Southside, and is a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania’s Accounting program.

Kimberly Hays joins Seubert’s Commercial Lines Department as a Client Account Manager with more than 30 years in the insurance industry.  In her role, Kim will utilize her risk expertise, knowledge of the industry and insurance marketplace to review clients’ risk profiles in order to develop and service customized risk management solutions.

Kim lives in McCandless with her two children, and is an alumni of Robert Morris University with a degree in Finance.

Tyler Lyster, CPCU, ARM-E, AINS, originally from the New Jersey Shore (Asbury Park), is new to the Pittsburgh area. He joins the Seubert team as an Account Executive in our Commercial Lines Department. Tyler spent the last five years at an insurance brokerage in Philadelphia. In his new role, he will focus on the strategic risk management and risk financing needs of our clients, and will oversee plan design, implementation, and analysis.

Tyler currently resides in Pittsburgh with his fiancé, and is a graduate of Bucknell University’s Accounting and Financial Management program.

Thomas Zimmerman, CEBS joins our Benefits Department as a Benefits Consultant with more than 15 years in the insurance industry. Seubert is excited to utilize his employee benefits and analytical expertise for current and new clients. Tom will be responsible for the strategic management of employee benefit program design and implementation, as well as provide any recommendations with regard to overall benefits, wellness, and compliance.

Tom lives in Mars with his wife and their three kids. He is an alumni of Gettysburg College with a degree in Management.

Our team is very excited to have these new individuals on board.
