Client Community is Seubert & Associates’ private portal for employee benefits clients and prospects. Through Client Community we keep visitors up to date on the latest news and information relating to employee benefits. We also detail the services we offer, including COBRA compliance software, 5500 filing assistance, and Health Savings Account expertise. Client Community also provides a variety a tools including:
- The HR Solutions Center, a powerful benefits and HR research portal from Ceridian that explains and simplifies human resources and benefits compliance information.
- HIPAA Privacy Manual for Employers,
- Continually updated listing of Recent & Proposed Regulations relating to HR and Employee Benefits.
- Wellness Education Library offering employee communication materials on almost 100 different topics.
- WorkSpace®, a secure place to share sensitive documents, such as employee census information. It is safer than e-mail and creates an organized trail of the information exchanged.
