Seubert & Associates Acquires Heritage Agency, Continues Founder’s Legacy

Pittsburgh, PA — Seubert & Associates has acquired Heritage Agency, a full-service insurance brokerage with $25 million in premiums located in Penn Hills. Heritage Agency’s president Guy Squillante passed away in April of this year. Mr. Squillante founded the agency in 1974.

“Guy Squillante was a legend in the insurance industry in this region,” said Brian Long, president of Seubert. “We are proud to be connected to his legacy and working with his staff.”

Heritage senior vice-president James Egan will remain with the company. Seubert will retain the Penn Hills office, thereby expanding the agency’s geographic footprint and its ability to serve clients in the area.

Founded in 1973, Seubert & Associates is an independent insurance brokerage with five offices across western Pennsylvania, premiums in excess of $170 million and a staff of more than 80 insurance professionals.
